The Platform

Housing and Development

Every American deserves an affordable home in a building described as the finest anywhere in the world. The Trump Mamdani administration will pair expanded affordable housing with accelerated construction and a national commitment to impressive entrances. Rent increases will be restricted. The use of marble will remain at the developer’s discretion. A joint housing council will reconcile the interests of tenants and landlords. Both interests will be represented at the top of the ticket.

Transportation and Infrastructure

Public transportation should be free, reliable, and immediately identifiable with the president. The administration will eliminate bus fares while expanding naming rights across the national transit system. Stations, bridges, tunnels, and individual escalators will become available for presidential designation. Federal performance measures will include travel times, service frequency, and the prominence of lettering. Projects meeting two of the three standards may proceed to a ribbon cutting.

Groceries and the Cost of Living

Lower prices require decisive action and appropriate signage. Public grocery stores will provide essential goods at controlled prices. A premium collection will offer the same essentials in packaging suitable for gifting. The administration will measure success through a representative basket of household necessities. Items that increase in price will be reviewed for continued inclusion in the basket.

Taxes and Public Investment

Those with the greatest resources should contribute more, subject to a complete understanding of their circumstances. The administration will raise revenue from large fortunes while preserving incentives for investment, development, hospitality, licensing, and other activities to be identified during consultation. A bipartisan commission will define excessive wealth. Its recommendations will take effect once both members of the ticket agree that the definition applies to someone else.

Labor and American Industry

American workers deserve higher wages, stronger protections, and merchandise manufactured under conditions consistent with the campaign’s public statements. Federal projects will prioritize collective bargaining and domestic production. Contractors will be expected to provide good jobs, competitive bids, and an appropriately enthusiastic assessment of the finished work. Disputes between labor and management will be referred directly to the president and vice president, who will already be having them.

Government Efficiency

Government must become more efficient without reducing its ability to announce new initiatives. Every federal program will undergo a review to determine whether it should be expanded, eliminated, or renamed. Renaming will qualify as an immediate administrative saving. New public services will be introduced through a streamlined process consisting of one announcement, several implementation committees, and a second announcement recognizing the work of the first.

Executive Leadership

The administration will combine centralized decision-making with extensive public consultation. Residents will be invited to participate in hearings, neighborhood assemblies, and national listening sessions. Their recommendations will be carefully documented. The president will retain the authority to describe the resulting decision as unanimous.

CONSTITUTIONAL MATTERS

The ticket acknowledges the eligibility restrictions associated with both candidates. These restrictions have been referred to counsel. Campaign operations will continue while counsel develops a response consistent with the merchandise already in production.
